The largest cattle station in the world faces serious problems in the worst drought in the last 100 years.
Anna creek station is located near William Creek in Outback South Australia, in the driest state of the driest inhabited continent. In normal times, the station supports 16,000 cattle. Now half of the animals were sold for slaughter, and the rest moved to other properties of the Kidman & Co empire. Only about 2,000 cattle remain on the station. Read the full story.
